Over the past 15+ years as a licensed psychotherapist and coach, I’ve had the honor of guiding successful female leaders and business owners, passionate visionaries, and heart-centered badasses in manifesting their dreams into reality.
What matters most to me in life is having the time and energy to actually live it - to be present with my kids, to be able to work on my relationship with my partner, to go to yoga daily and not have it impact my income or time with my kids. That is what I want for you too.
My embodied coaching process is a totally unique formula for healing, based on my personal growth experiences, my advanced education in the psych realm and validated methods of supporting clients over the past 15 years, to magnetize the life and internal state you long for.

My work with clients is a combination of guided imagery, inner child work and embodiment work (based off of my almost 20 years in the field of psychotherapy and coaching) - along side direct coaching. I support clients in embodying the goals they desire at a soul and body level. The work I do with clients is far beyond the intellect and creates deep transformations.
